R.L. Toalson is an essayist, author, and poet who regularly contributes to Huffington Post, Babble, Scary Mommy and other on-line publications. She also writes for the San Antonio Express-News and the Houston Chronicle.  She lives in San Antonio, Texas with her husband and six boys.
