Pnina Kass

Pnina Moed Kass is a writer of children's literature working in many genres. Her YA novel, "Real Time" was published by Clarion, translated into German and French, and won the Sydney Taylor YA Award, the National Jewish Book Award, an ALA listing, and a One Book-One Community tour. Moed Kass’s picture book series about Bereleh, a snail, has sold more than 200,000 copies in Israel (Keter Books). She has written a TV series for teenagers, short stories for CRICKET magazine ("Five Words" is in their 30 year anthology collection), a short story in "Lines of Sand" (Frances Lincoln Publishers), and she received the "Best Young Adult Short Story" International Reading Award.
