Adva Bolle is an Israeli author and screenwriter for many of Israel’s most popular drama series, and a content consultant for the drama department of Israel’s public broadcaster, Kan 11. Her linked short story collection CITY POOL (Kinneret, 2019) was longlisted for the 2020 Sapir Prize and is soon to premiere as a stage adaptation at Israel’s National Theatre, Habima. Her latest novel, THE SOUTHERN ROOM (Keter, 2024), was both a critical and commercial success and has been optioned by YES, Israel’s leading broadcaster. Bolle was the winner of the Best Leading Actress award at the prestigious ANTA festival in 2018. She is a mother of two and lives in Israel.
